Task descriptio­n

You receive from Ms. Bauer

your teacher / course instructor

an invitation to a trip

However, you can not participat­e (go)

Write an Email to Ms. Bauer

give her politely thanks for the invitation

and explain why you can´t go.

Write an Email about 40 Words

Don´t forget the salutation and the greetings at the end.

you write in a few words the subject

in the column "Subject"

Secondly

You start an official email with:

and we go on writing with small letters

and we go on write with capital letter at first

Thirdly

Unfortunat­ely ...

Fourthly

Explanatio­n why one cannot come

My mother is suddenly sick
